Maysilles, Ella Jean, 97 of New Port Richey, Florida passed away on September 10, 2022. Jean was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 5, 1925. She moved to Florida in 1949 with her husband, Carl. She often worked by his side as he built his contractor business. She stained and sealed many a floor and stained or painted all the other woodwork. Their first house on Central Avenue still stands. She loved her family, her church, and she loved to travel.
Ella Jean was a devoted wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 73 years, Carl. She is survived by her sister, Jeanette Seamon; her children, Daniel Maysilles and Janelle Tatum; Step-daughter, Darlene Bavaro; Daughter-in-law, Nancy Maysilles; and multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A private funeral will be held. In lieu of flowers she requested donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital, which was very important to her and whom she supported for many years. She will be missed by all who knew her.
