Joseph Robert Sullivan passed away on his 35th birthday, September 18, 2021. Joseph was born in Brooklyn, New York on September 18, 1986 to Regina Lake Sullivan and Joseph Sullivan. He lived in Brooklyn until the late nineties, before relocating with his parents to the Tampa, Florida area. He is preceded in death by his mother, Regina Lake Sullivan. His is survived by his father Joseph Sullivan, brother Stephen Ruiz and sister-in-law Jill Maganza-Ruiz. May he rest in eternal peace.
