Craig Edward Sayner, 76, of Holiday, FL, passed away on May 11, 2021 due to unexpected medical conditions. Craig was a Vietnam Veteran, loved fishing, hunting and spending time with family. Craig was preceded in death by his father, Edward Sayner; brother, Bruce Ponx; sister, Barbara Sayner, and granddaughter, Brittani Sayner. He is survived by his mother, Juanita Sisco, of New Port Richey, FL; son, Scott (Brandi) Sayner of Minooka, IL; daughter, Stacy (Eric) Fox of Mokena, IL; step-son Robert (Cindy) Gamboa, Jr. of Mokena, IL; brother, Dick (Myra) Ponx of Woodridge, IL; grandchildren, Dakota Jones, Scott Sayner, Jr., Tyler Sayner, Chase Sayner, Josh Fox, Jake Fox, Isaiah Horde, Xavier Horde, Jada Horde, Arielle Horde and Josiah Horde; 3 great grandchildren; significant other, Eloise Milson; special cousin, Joyce Chizmark; former wife, Connie Sayner, and lifelong friend, Bill Walters. Craig is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Craig will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, Tampa, FL Donate to Shriners Hospitals for Children® (lovetotherescue.org) There will be two Memorial Services, one in Florida at Morgan Funeral Home in New Port Richey, FL on Friday, May 14, 2021 from 5pm-7pm and one in Elwood, IL at Abraham Lincoln Cemetery at a date to be determined.
