Obituary of Gloria Montefusco

Gloria Montefusco ,88, died at home ppeacefully with her children, Karen, Diana and Renee by her side. Gloria had 4 beautiful grandchildren, Kevin, Sara, Renzo, Dominichi and one beautiful great grand daughter Auabry. Gloria was born in Brooklyn, New York. Gloria was a mother and loved her children and grand children. Gloria loved to sing and dance and always loved to laugh and make others laugh. Gloria loved to listen to Frank Sinatra and Italian music. She would dance around the house with her children and grandchildren. Gloria would never leave the house without lipstick. She always had the best of clothes, shoes, hats etc. She looked like a movie star when she went out. Gloria always dressed to impress. She worked at Kennedy Airport and loved meeting all kinds of people. Gloria was always the life of the party. She loved to entertain and have family dinners. When her youngest daughter Renee got married and had her first son, she named him after her dad Gloria's late husband, Renzo. Gloria and her daughter Renee wanted to keep her husband's memory alive. Karen, who is an RN, was the caretaker of mom for the last 5 years. Karen stopped her life to care for mom and she would have never wanted it any other way. The eldest daughter, Dee, lived 5 minutes away from mom. Gloria was also a caretaker of my Grandma Lena and my father Renzo before they passed. It runs in the family. Gloria was one of 7 brothers and sisters and her best friend and sister Diana is still living at 93. Gloria will be joining the rest of her brothers and sisters and her husband in Heaven on January 30th, 2021 at North Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery in New Port Richey at 12pm. Gloria may you spread your wings and and dance and sing. We love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
