5/16/1943 - 5/22/2020 Daughter of Damaza Melendez (Anna Matos) Sister of Emilio, Angelo, Louie, Hector, Carmen and Margie Matos. During her life, Catherine (Cathy) was many things to many people. She was a strong willed woman, set in her ways with a very big heart. She would go without, just to make sure someone she cared about got what they needed, she was such a giving person. She did not have an easy life but she always tried to smile and make others smile and laugh. Her last few years were rough due to medical issues, but she has gone to rest now and we all hope she finds the peace she so greatly deserves. God, please be gentle with her soul, she is precious to all of us.
